I have two bent tube chain link gates that have two holes drilled into the top of the bottom rail.?
Rain can obviously get in there. Were my gates installed upside down? I could understand if they were on the bottom of either rail, for drainage/ventilation.
Yes rain can get in there. It sounds like they were installed upside down. Holes like that are usually there for drainage. Its difficult to say without seeing pics.
